Architects for Mall and Commercial building at Shrasvati, UP. Proposed Mall, office space and restaurants. Designed on an odd L-shape of plot with the smaller side facing the main road. The design evolved naturally in form of two blocks of buildings with a long triple height spine in the centre, open on front and back. Two floor of retail spaces are provided along both sides of the spine and connect to the road outside with pedestrian plaza. The idea was to recreate a street shopping experience with the offices, and terrace restaurant overlooking the open area in the centre. Total area 50,000sqft. Ongoing
