One of the most well-known properties at Nariman Point, Mumbai, headquartering leading Indian and International tenants. Designed by JA Stein in 1965 and completed early 1970, this is a 110 m tall, 28 storey occupied commercial building. As project managers we managed complete renovation in the building without stopping operations; including electrical systems with about 6MW of connected load, 1800 TR of central AC chiller, about 48 AHUs, complete plumbing, firefighting systems, IBMS, interior for main lobby and 25 floor lobbies, external facade and structural rehabilitation without the use of a scaffolding system; all, while the building remained functional.
